information given by the Alberta Pond Hockey Association or any other party

The
Alberta Pond Hockey Association
generally collects personally identifiable information such as a name,
postal address, E-mail address, telephone number, or credit card information
with your specific knowledge and consent. This information is not shared
with any third parties, with the exception of the applicable credit card
associates (i.e. Visa, MasterCard), and is protected by the
Alberta Pond Hockey
Association.
It is the policy of the
Alberta Pond Hockey Association that personal
information will not be sold to third party interests. |
Registrations fees for the Alberta Pond Hockey Championships are to be paid
in full by December 31st, 2007 and are non-refundable after this date. In
the event a refund is requested in relation to a registration fee the
following will apply. Refunds for team registrations must be received prior
to January 1st, 2008 and in all instances will be subject to a handling fee
of $100. Refund requests for team registrations on January 1st, 2008 or
thereafter will not be considered. Merchandise returns, with the exception
of silent auction items, will be allowed up to 14 days from the date of
purchase. Should an issue arise with respect to Silent Auction items the
buyer is asked to contact the
Alberta Pond Hockey Association in
writing and detail their area of concern. Concerns with silent auction
returns will be reviewed by the Board of Directors of the Alberta Pond
Hockey Championships for a decision. Membership fees for the Alberta Pond
Hockey Championship are due on May 1st of each year and are non-refundable.
